The Renwick at Central Park West is a mixed-use, on-podium project which I took over project management duties in the design development phase. This gallery shows the landscape construction documents, part of collaboration effort between Lennar Homes (client), architect, MEP, structural, and civil engineers.

University Village is 25-acre lifestyle center featuring retail, office, and hotel components. This was my first project at LandArcWest, and took over project management duties after the two team leaders left the firm. I continued to manage the project through construction observation. U. Village posed a complicated drawing coordination challenge as the project was divided into three sectors based on ownership: Retail, Office, and Assessment. The complex division lines made drawing coordination a continuous and unrelenting effort.
