University Village is 25-acre lifestyle center featuring retail, office, and hotel components. This was my first project at LandArcWest, and took over project management duties after the two team leaders left the firm. I continued to manage the project through construction observation. U. Village posed a complicated drawing coordination challenge as the project was divided into three sectors based on ownership: Retail, Office, and Assessment. The complex division lines made drawing coordination a continuous and unrelenting effort.
