Brief:  Marassi Mega Beach Resort features a 5-star Ritz Carlton Hotel, private villas, serviced apartments, and special villa compound.  The site forms organic spaces through a marriage of meandering swim lagoons and gardens.  Traveling from the main hotel ballroom, guests are led to the main pool and beach through a garden of intricate detail of foliage, amenities, and hardscape. The premier hotel of the entire Marassi development, the designated Moroccan design theme spawned intricate pattern and vibrant color opportunities throughout the project. 

Role:   Directed, designed, and produced all client presention, concept, and schematic graphic material.  Composed design alternatives of beach boardwalk 

Challenges:   Fast paced project development along with high client demands created tight deadlines and an intense design atmosphere.  Existing site conditions caused complicated grading issues, which also created intuitive design opportunities.
